Custy service is outstanding. The mask colors are the best. The nose piece can be shaped repeatedly with no apparent fatigue in the metal. Adjustability in ear loops is great. The mask shape is generous, including a good seal & enough space between the end of my nose & the material so breathing is easier even through the five layers. A few masks or maybe some colors off-gas when the individual pouch is opened but it fades fast. Overall high marks.
